Program Policy Notices

Effective June 2014, OPA initiated the Program Policy Notice (PPN) series that replaces the OPA Program Instruction Series. Program Policy Notices will be issued periodically to define and/or clarify policies or procedures that grantees funded under the Title X Family Planning Program must follow.

  • Advancing Quality Family Planning Practices: A Guide For Health Centers (480 KB). This document, from the National Association of Community Health Centers, provides guidance to health centers that want to expand and improve access to quality family planning and reproductive health services in their community. The Guide highlights requirements and considerations for health centers interested in improving their provision of quality family planning services, including becoming a Title X grantee or subrecipient. This Guide also summarizes various models to collaborate with existing family planning providers.
